Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (fixed schedule)

This role supports You
Tube-related services across different products such as You
Tube Shots, YTC, and You
Tube Social, offering a stable weekday schedule.

• Support users with You
  Tube product inquiries

• Provide accurate and timely customer assistance

• Follow internal processes and quality guidelines

• Ensure positive user experience

• German fluency required

• Open to candidates with or without experience

• Base salary (no experience): €15, 260 gross per year

• Signing bonus: €2, 000 – €2, 500 (depending on profile)
