- Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social. - Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints. - Providing excellent solutions, and service. - Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner. **What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job**:
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English (C1 minimum)- Customer Service / Cosmetic
