Your responsibilities and impact as a Beauty Customer Service Agent will be:

Answering customer questions regarding products, orders, payment methods, or shipping while always remaining calm and professional

Handling email requests and supporting customers with efficiency and empathy

Contributing to customer satisfaction and ensuring a high quality of service

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French

Passion for the beauty and
- up industry (studies or previous experience is a plus)

Excitement about facing new challenges such as relocating abroad and discovering new cultures

Interest in traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, and embracing multicultural teamwork

Motivation, reliability, and adaptability in diverse situations

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 10-month temporary contract

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts between 8:00 and 19:00

Salary package:

€850 gross/month x14 months

Up to €100/month performance bonus

Meal vouchers of €7. 23 per workday

Reimbursement of transportation costs

Private health and dental insurance after 6 months

Relocation package (for international candidates):

Reimbursement of initial flight costs (up to €400) after 4 months within the company

4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
