- **We’re looking for Spanish Speakers enjoy technology, know social media, and are curious about new apps and gadgets. **You’ll be providing support for a **global tech leader behind one of the world’s top AI-powered short video platforms and content services. **If you use video platforms, feel comfortable with digital tools, and maybe have some experience in customer support — this could be the perfect role for you!**Your responsabilities**:

- **Give clear info about gadgets**— how they work, what they do, and what they’re compatible
- **Follow

- step guides to solve issues** like device errors, connection problems, or setup help — or pass them on if
- **Help with questions**about delivery, order updates, returns, or
- **Stay on track**with response time and quality
- **Join regular training**and feedback sessions to keep improving**Our expectations**:

- Your **Spanish** skills, both written and spoken, **are strong**- **minimum level C2**:

- **English** at minimum B2
- **You already live in Porto**:

- Great at solving problems and handling more complex customer
- **You’re looking for an exciting role in digital video and advertising, supporting a leading global
