The Bellboy will be responsible, amongst other tasks, for greeting and welcoming guests to the hotel and assisting with their luggage, ensuring an outstanding first impression and that the highest standards of hospitality and welcoming are always demonstrated. Requests will be dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.

He will also be expected to promote the heritage, history, and culture of Porto from a modern perspective, taking guests on a unique journey through different moments in time in the city. This involves facilitating interactions between guests, the city, and the hotel, and building deep relationships with local people, commerce, and services, allowing open dialogue with the environment around.
