Benefits Broker
Overview
Join to apply for the Senior Benefits Broker role at Mercer . This role is based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, with strong knowledge across health, life, accidents and pensions, and other flexible benefits.
- Support clients and administer insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc. ).
- Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers.
- Maintain daily contact with corporate clients (local and international).
- Work as a team with a strong spirit of mutual help.
- Search for the best market solutions and align delivery with clients’ benefits strategy.
What you need to have
- Fluent in English.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, proactivity and flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
