Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Benefits Broker role at Mercer . This role is based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, with strong knowledge across health, life, accidents and pensions, and other flexible benefits.
• Support clients and administer insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc. ).
• Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers.
• Maintain daily contact with corporate clients (local and international).
• Work as a team with a strong spirit of mutual help.
• Search for the best market solutions and align delivery with clients’ benefits strategy.

What you need to have

• Fluent in English.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, proactivity and flexibility.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
