What you will
- Assist our Benefits Lead with the global benefits renewals
- Administer benefits admin across all
- Lead the procurement processes with regards to the Compensation and Benefits Team- Assist in the evaluation of compensation and benefit programs, keep abreast of legislation and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration, trends and recommendation appropriate courses of
- Any other duties that may reasonably be required
Qualifications- Experience in similar role or one that is purely Benefits-based, nice to have but not essential. - Must have strong Microsoft Office skills – advanced excel skills a
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to
- Desire to develop consulting skills required to work in a
- paced client facing
- Ability to bring skills and experience to influence development of C&B
- Experience in preparing and delivering executive reports and
- Ability to work in fast paced, constantly changing
- Ability to
- task and must be well organized;
