BI Analyst (Hybrid)

Inno
Wave is looking for a versatile and experienced BI Analyst in Lisbon that will drive actionable insights and
- driven decisions for our telecommunications client by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets. The role requires deep expertise in SQL and proficiency with Tableau, Snowflake (other data warehouses), and Snap
Logic (or other ETL tools) for developing scalable reports, dashboards, and ETL solutions.

BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and build new dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Define and manage materialized views (MV) to optimize data retrieval.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential data issues within dashboards, utilizing Redshift SQL as needed.
• Support server health investigations and collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure optimal server performance.
• Manage
  - level tasks, including version upgrades and maintenance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in BI or data analytics roles; telecom industry experience advantageous.
• Demonstrated success with
  - scale data analytics projects and
  - source integrations.
• Expert knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Tableau for dashboard/report design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts to
  - technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing and managing Snowflake databases and performing data modeling tasks.
• Proficient with Snap
  Logic for ETL pipeline design, orchestration, and
  - time data integration.
• Telecom data model experience, including network performance, and customer analytics, preferred.
