What We’re Looking For

Insparya is seeking a talented BI Analyst (Power BI) to help transform data into actionable insights that support strategic
- making across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI (Cloud and On-Prem). You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical team to understand their needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver scalable,
- friendly analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models (e. g. , star, snowflake, constellation schemas) to support reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from various sources using Power Query to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Create DAX measures to support key performance indicators (KPIs) and business logic.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Apply Row-Level Security (RLS) to meet governance and access control requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Document data sources, logic, and usage of developed dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of
  - on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M language) for data transformation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and relational databases.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
