We are opening a new position for a Senior BI Developer to join our team and lead the development of
- driven solutions that support strategic
- making. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a
- oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions using Looker and
  - based data platforms.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Model data effectively to support business KPIs and
  - making.
• Implement data processing workflows using DBT or Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Apply best practices in data architecture and version control using Git.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of BI systems.
• Communicate insights and technical decisions clearly to both technical and
  - technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with query optimization.
• Deep understanding of BI concepts and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Looker features.
• Experience with DBT or Python for data transformation.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Understanding of business KPIs and how to support them with data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset and openness to new ideas.
