Randstad Digital is hiring a BI Developer for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days
- site; 2 days remote / week).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions by designing, coding, testing, and documenting reports and dashboards to support business
  - making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring BI solutions align with business goals.
• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance, usability, and efficiency, ensuring that solutions are scalable and meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the BI platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure continuous data availability and reliability.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights that help business teams make informed decisions, leveraging data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
• Maintain and enforce data governance standards within the BI environment, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Continuously improve technical skills by staying

  - date with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to BI development.
• Support and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance the team’s overall BI capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), or AWS Certified Data Analytics are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• A master's degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior analytical role.
