Role Summary

Reporting Developer / BI Developer – Primary Developer working with Tableau and SQL databases to build quality reports delivered to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work on existing and new reports; proficient with Tableau Desktop, Server, Online and SQL Server technologies.
• Understand and implement ETL processes, create complex T‑SQL queries, extract data, and build visualizations.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Analyze data and propose analytical dashboards and data visualizations.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Tableau (v10+), MS SQL, ETL and Excel (Senior).
• Experience in data solution design and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of complex T‑SQL queries and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in creating analytical dashboards and enhancing data visualization using Tableau.
• Python scripting experience.
• Knowledge of Big Data AWS technologies (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Kinesis).
• Ability to gather requirements, design specifications, develop technical and user documentation, and produce reports.
