Our partner is a multinational company dedicated to facilitating and streamlining
- volume administrative processes for public and private sector clients.

They pretend to reinforce their Bid department with the hiring of a Bid Manager fluent in both the french and the english language.

This professional will be responsible for leading and governing the bidding process, from prequalification to final submission. They strategically develop proposals by collaborating with sales, finance, and IT to align client needs with benefits and ensure competitive, accurate pricing. This role is to create
- quality, compliant bids that secure new business.

responsabilidades chave

• Bring structure, clarity and governance to the process and discipline relating to bid management

activities;

• Manage the preparation of prequalification response submissions to clients with the objective

of securing an invitation to bid;

• Participate in Bid Kick-Off meetings, providing bid management direction and engagement with

the Bid Team;

• Manage the creation of the bid deliverables and ensuring review and governance, leading to the

creation of a
- quality proposal;

• Work effectively with Sales Department to generate win themes that link customer needs with

defined benefits;

competências

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

An MBA or Project Management certification is a plus.

5+ years of experience in bid management, tendering, or business development.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids

simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French C1 or native and English.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Analytical and
- oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and bid management tools/software.

Flexibility to travel, when required.
