Your Role

• Manage bid preparation during the project acquisition phase of international projects.
• Oversee and coordinate bid projects and manage technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Handle proposal costs and project budgets, including calculations.
• Analyze customer requirements, coordinate system design, and evaluate project risks.
• Plan proposal preparation, including bid strategy, schedule, costs, and target price.
• Organize and lead milestone meetings and present project status to management.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
• Solid experience in project management, especially in bids.
• Industry experience, logistics experience is a plus.
• Team player with
  - oriented mindset and ability to inspire others.
• Intercultural experience and openness to challenges.
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
