We are looking for a Data Engineer for a project based in Braga (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures
• Work with
  - scale datasets, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to support
  - driven decisions
• Optimize data models and storage solutions for analytics and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services
• Proficiency in Python, Java
  Script, and Scala
• Solid experience with Big Data technologies and data modeling
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and No
  SQL databases, with a strong understanding of when and why to use each solution
• Hands-on experience with tools from the Big Data ecosystem, such as: Hadoop, Cassandra, Apache Hive, Apache Spark or similar technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong
  - solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of data solutions
