We are looking for an Amazing: Bigdata expert

Seniority: Senior

Type of position:

The amazing you, will have:

• Strong
  - on experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Spark, Oozie, or equivalent tooling.
• Experience managing Data Lakes in
  - scale,
  - grade environments.
• Solid understanding of Big Data services and query engines, such as Hive, Impala, Presto/Trino, Spark SQL, or similar.
• Expertise in monitoring and observability tools for distributed systems (e. G. , Grafana, Prometheus, Cloudera Manager, Ambari, Elastic Stack).
• Proven ability to implement automation using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot performance issues, job failures, and
  - level incidents in Big Data environments.
• Experience with platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, scaling, and capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of distributed system principles, fault tolerance, resource management, and data consistency.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Dev
  Ops methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in
  - paced,
  - driven environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with
  - based Big Data platforms (AWS EMR, GCP Dataproc, Azure HDInsight).
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to security frameworks (Kerberos, Ranger, Sentry).
• Experience with data governance and metadata management tools.
