Location: Porto Office Park

• Rotational 24/7 schedule with shifts
  L 07:00–16:00, 14:00–23:00, 22:30–07:30 – Monday to Sunday.

Project:

Join our Content Moderation Project and help keep a popular social media platform safe and
- friendly

In this role, you will review and assess video content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines. After analysis, you'll accurately tag each video based on your evaluation. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a high tolerance for repetitive tasks.

As a Content Moderator you will:

• Review content on the platform to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
• Maintain high quality standards in moderation
• Stay up to date with evolving guidelines and apply changes consistently in your daily work
• Escalate complex or unclear cases according to internal procedures

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 1100€ gross x 14 months (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months)
• Meal allowance: €7. 23 net/day (approx. €145/month) via meal card
• Transport allowance: €20/month
• 250€ gross – EXTRA PROJECT BONUS (part of a total of €3, 000 gross paid monthly during the first year of contract)

• Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)
• Rotational schedule time frames: Monday-Sunday 24/7 (full time: 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with 2 rotating days off

What do we expect:

• You speak German (C2- native)
• You speak English (at least B2)
• You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• You have strong understanding of video platforms
