Join our multinational client's team in Porto as a Content Moderator or Customer Care Representative. No previous experience is required. You will help maintain safe, engaging online environments and provide excellent support to our users. This role is ideal for

Responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and manage
- generated content. - Respond to customer questions and provide solutions through email, chat, or other channels.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow internal processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Work with colleagues to improve content moderation and customer support processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written German/French/Italian/Dutch/Spanish/Danish & English at B2-C1
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required
- High school completion diploma
- Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
