About the Role

As a Customer Credit Analyst based in Lisbon, you will play a key role in evaluating customer credit risk and managing credit processes for our B2B customers across European and American markets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in diverse locations, and contribute to process improvements that support Essity's global operations.

What You Will Do

• Credit Risk Evaluation: Assess customer credit risk and set credit limits in line with Essity's approval grid.

• Blocked Orders Management: Ensure timely resolution of blocked orders to minimize operational disruption.

• Analysis & Reporting: Perform root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, and deliver ad hoc reporting to support
  - making.

• Process Ownership: Drive and optimize credit management processes within your assigned geography.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal and external credit management guidelines.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to manage overdue payments and maintain healthy cash flow.

• Training Delivery: Develop and deliver credit management training for business counterparts.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.

• Experienced in Credit management, Finance, Controlling, Accounts Payable/Receivable or related fields.

• Proficiency in SAP (R3 or HANA) and advanced Excel skills;
  
  
  
  experience with Office 365.

• Strong analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to adapt to change;
  
  
  
  excellent communicationand collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English with good Spanish knowledge.
