Bilingual Customer Service Agent (Spanish Required) at Zumub
Location: On‑site, Cacém Industrial Zone (near Tagus
Park). Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9:00–18:00 with a 1‑hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise customers via email, phone, and in person.
- Manage complaints and issues related to orders.
- Collaborate on other projects depending on company priorities and your expertise.
Requirements
- Spanish fluency (elimination factor).
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
- Prior experience in customer support preferred.
- Computer literacy and proactive attitude.
