Work Model: Remote

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for an exciting international project. In this role, you will provide
- quality support to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Work Schedule:

German language support Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (rotative shifts)

Days Off 2 rotative days

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
