Bilingual Customer Service Representative Lisboa

Cross Border Talents is recruiting German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Italian professional speakers for a Customer Advisor role to relocate in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand
• Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer
• Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements

• German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch native or C2 level + English C1
• Experience dealing with customers
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (in addition to the standard insurance)
• Airport
  - up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal (relocation needed EU bilingual speakers)
