Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Cross Border Talents is recruiting German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Italian professional speakers for a Customer Advisor role to relocate in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Represent a worldwide brand
- Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements
- German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch native or C2 level + English C1
- Experience dealing with customers
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (in addition to the standard insurance)
- Airport
- up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal (relocation needed EU bilingual speakers) - Reimbursement of your flight expenses (relocation needed EU bilingual speakers)
