We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
2. Assist with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
5. Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Flemish (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
2. Strong communication and
   - solving skills.
3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
4. Ability to work in a
   - paced environment.
