What Youll Do:

• Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to truobleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and
  - ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Staying update on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong
  - solving abilities and attention to detail.
