- quality support for a leading global tech company. You will be helping a diverse user base with their tech needs, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and efficient.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming inquiries via email and chat with accuracy and care
• Follow clear procedures to solve issues and escalate more complex situations when needed
• Meet established service standards and help keep our support team performing at its best
• Learn and grow through regular training, coaching, and feedback

• Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable handling chats and tickets
• Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company
• Product support experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues
