• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Accounts Receivable processes

• Manage billing, cash application & dispute resolution

• Work with ERP systems and financial data

• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders

Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

6+ months experience in AR / O2C / Finance Ops

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Net
Suite – plus)
