We are recruiting Italian speakers to join a backoffice team based in Porto, supporting an international

- Manage requests, validate data, and update internal
- Provide administrative support to different project
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in task
- Potential future evolution to inbound customer support tasks (Monday to Saturday)Requirements- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written), ideally near‑native
- Good knowledge of English or Portuguese (preferred)- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and
- Comfort with administrative tasks and digital
