Concentrix is looking for it's next superstar within Finance & Accounting to act as an Order To Cash Specialist in a completely new and groundbreaking project for a healthcare company.

What you'll do:

• Order Management: Accurately processing customer orders, managing changes, and ensuring compliance.
• Billing & Invoicing: Creating invoices, credit notes, and handling billing inquiries or disputes.
• Cash Application: Applying customer payments to the correct invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Collections & AR Management: Monitoring overdue accounts, following up with customers, and managing payment plans.
• Customer Service: Resolving billing issues, providing status updates, and building customer relationship
• Master Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer and product information in ERP systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing O2C metrics, and identifying process improvements
• Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and contributing to better O2C performance.

What we're looking for:

• Native OR C2 OR C1 English (spoken & written) - mandatory
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Any level of experience (from junior to senior) with O2C/AP/AR/Billing/Collections
• Detail-oriented, organized & ready to grow with us

What's on offer:

• Permanent contract (90-day trial) + Health insurance from day 1
• Meal allowance €7. 63/day (net)
• Mon–Fri, 9 a. M. – 6 p. M. ,
