Location: Porto, Portugal – On-site only

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Work with internal tools and stay up to date through training

Requirements

• Native Russian speaker
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Valid European passport or Portuguese work permit (no sponsorship available)
• Immediate availability
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, 24/7 Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day)
• Two rotating days off per week
• Must be located in Porto –
  - site role only, remote work not possible
