Bilingual Operations Supervisor – (Lisbon, On-site)
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead a team of customer experience professionals in a dynamic international environment. This is a
- time,
- site position in Lisbon — candidates must already be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily team operations to ensure performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs (quality, attendance, efficiency) and implement performance improvement strategies when needed.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Handle escalated cases and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that drives engagement and accountability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support workforce management by overseeing scheduling, adherence, and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in operations, customer service, or team leadership.
- Preferred: Experience in a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in one of the following language combinations.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and coaching experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication,
- solving, and organizational skills. - Other: Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines; flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Compensation: Salary + performance bonus + meal allowance: €1, 100 - €1, 700 per month
- Contract: Permanent Contract with Health Insurance
- Relocation: Relocation Package available for candidates moving from abroad
