Within an intercultural and multidisciplinary environment, as a Billing & AR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing and collections, working closely with clients. If you thrive in

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue client invoices based on contracts and system data
• Coordinate billing and client information with relevant teams
• Respond promptly to client billing inquiries
• Maintain and update client master data accurately
• Manage the collection of outstanding balances from clients
• Monitor daily incoming payments to confirm receipt of expected amounts
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue balances, in line with internal procedures
• Collaborate with external departments to resolve discrepancies
• Support
  - end and
  - end close processes
• Assist in preparing budgets and performing variance analysis
• Provide support to accountants, senior accountants and accounting supervisor as needed

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certificate in accounts receivable are a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or similar financial role
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e. G. , Net
  Suite) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong accuracy in managing invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a
  - paced environment.
