The Opportunity

Join our
- performing Lisbon Hub as part of the Switzerland Actuarial Team and support consultants at our Swiss office. In this role, you'll ensure efficient business operations, focusing on billing management, client documentation, and process optimization.

You’ll act as the expert for billing matters and handle administrative responsibilities. If you're seeking a role to contribute, grow, and make an impact — this is your chance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly billing process, working with consultants to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the dunning process and track outstanding items for healthy financial performance.
• Prepare evaluations, analysis, and controlling reports supporting strategic decisions.
• Be the main contact for billing inquiries, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
• Create and edit presentations and documents in English, German, and French for diverse clients.
• Manage various administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
• Assist in planning and delivering internal training courses.
• Support and
  - lead projects like the technical brochure.
