The Opportunity From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to gain valuable experience and build up skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

What will you do? You will be working on real client projects by performing the following tasks:

• Supporting
  -
  - day operational activities related to billing and policy administration.
• Booking and issuing insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Preparation of annual and
  - up collection activities.
• Identifying and adjusting posting differences in a timely manner.
• Acting as an interface between customers and contractual partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Handling correspondence with customers and insurers in both German and English.

Qualifications What are we looking for? We are looking for highly driven individuals with solid interpersonal skills who want to join a large and dynamic organization.

• University degree (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in German, with a good command of English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a
  - oriented attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and methodical approach.
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. ).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
