We're looking for a talented Billing Processes Specialist to join our team based in Ermesinde, Greater Porto.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Gather requirements and analyse billing processes (from different countries within the organisation)

- Perform gap analysis and change management (including challenging local requirements that do not align with the global template)

- Engage in solution design (functional adjustments when necessary)

- Create test cases and test data

- Lead testing sessions and follow up on defects

- Coordinate with other modules

- Participate in support activities (such as data migration,  cutover planning, hypercare and post–go-live support)

WHAT WE NEED

- Degree in Finances/Accounting/Computer Science or similar

- Solid requirements gathering and process analysis skills, 4+ years of billing processes and systems implementation

- Good knowledge of Billing & ERP Systems systems in general

- Solid experience with SAP BRIM and Oracle Financials (or Zuora, or Net
Suit)

- Hands on with the Business Processes & Functional Design

- Experience with Testing & Quality Assurance

- Experience with Data Management, Migration & Mapping

- Ability to define and track Performance Indicators (using Excel, Power BI or Tableau)

- Fluent English (both written and oral)

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE

- Proficient in Test Management

- Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (test cases, testing sessions, coordination etc)

- Experience with using Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS

- Proven experience managing UAT cycles, test scripts, and defect
- up using tools such as Jira, Azure Dev
Ops, or Test
Rail

- Understanding of data mapping, cleansing, and validation processes

- Familiarity with SQL or Excel-based data analysis for test verification

- Fluent Spanish (both written and oral)
