Profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture or other related fields.
• 3 years of experience in BIM management, BIM coordination or BIM specialist role and/or document control.
• Knowledge of BIM and information management standards (e. g. , ISO 19650).
• Technical knowledge of BIM-related software, preferably Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk tools.
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Contruction Cloud (preferred) or BIM 360.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Communication and team leadership skills.
• Proactivity in finding solutions and solving problems.
• Strategic planning skills.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented profile.
• Organizational skills.
• Capacity to work on several projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Define BIM requirements tailored to the project specific demands and ensure they are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor compliance with BIM requirements across all design and construction teams.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation in the Common Data Environment, ensuring information is updated, accurate, and distributed to the right stakeholders.
• Support the Information Manager in applying ISO 19650‑compliant information management processes.
• Coordinate with the Design/Information Manager to ensure alignment with information exchange protocols and CDE workflows.
• Perform model and information quality checks in accordance with project standards and company procedures.
• Conduct clash detection and classify coordination issues, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution tracking.
• Create, assign, and follow up on BIM‑related issues, ensuring timely response and model updates.
• Lead and document BIM coordination meetings, ensuring that model development aligns with project milestones.
• Support the Design Manager in the overall delivery of the design across all design stages, ensuring model development aligns with project objectives and milestones.
• Ensure internal consistency of management procedures, processes, and digital tools between project teams.
• Report on BIM performance indicators to management, providing data to support informed decision‑making.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track document progress, approval status, and key performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, tools, and standards across projects.
