Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Coordinator for the Coordination department, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary BIM models while developing, implementing, and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with project and client requirements
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows while carrying out model quality control activities, including clash detection, audits, data validation, and coordination of issue resolution
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, ensuring correct version control, file structure, and information exchange
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters between internal teams, external consultants, and clients
• Support project teams in the effective use of BIM tools and methodologies, providing technical guidance and
  - solving support
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, processes, and best practices within the department
• Control BIM software licensing, ensuring compliance, availability, and alignment with project and organizational needs

Profile:

• Professional experience in similar roles
• Autonomous oral and written communication skills in English
• Advanced knowledge of Revit (mandatory)
• Knowledge of other BIM software and programming will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures or Plant 3D will be considered an asset
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to different types of projects
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Attention to detail, with strong critical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
