BIMMS is hiring a BIM Coordinator (M/F) to strengthen the team and complement the growth strategy.

Profile:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 3 years experience in BIM management or BIM specialist role
• Acquaintance with BIM standards and information management standards
• Technical knowledge of BIM-oriented software
• Knowledge of information management protocols
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strategic planning skills
• Analytical and
  - oriented profile
• Organisational skills
• Proactivity in finding solutions and solving problems
• Communication and team leadership skills
• Focus on quality and innovation

Responsibilities:

• Define the BIM, information and asset classification requirements and standards applied to the specific projects
• Implement the defined BIM strategy and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Manage projects, ensuring the application of BIM methodology and information management protocols in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Ensure project delivery following the work program and introduce mitigation plans when necessary
• Coordinate design spatially and manage team tasks
• Monitor activities ensuring compliance with BIM quality principles
• Maintain effective communication among stakeholders
• Implement monitoring and control measures
• Ensure internal consistency of project management procedures across teams
• Report performance indicators to management for
  - making
• Organize and manage all project documentation
