Profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture;
• 3 years of experience in BIM management or as a BIM specialist;
• Knowledge of BIM standards and information management standards;
• Technical proficiency with BIM-oriented software;
• Knowledge of information management protocols;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Strategic planning skills;
• Analytical and
  - oriented profile;
• Organizational skills;
• Proactivity in
  - solving;
• Strong communication and team leadership skills;
• Focus on quality and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Define BIM, information, and asset classification requirements and standards for specific projects;
• Implement the defined BIM strategy and collaborate with stakeholders;
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring proper BIM methodology and information management protocols are applied in terms of time, cost, and quality;
• Ensure project delivery according to the work plan, implementing mitigation plans when necessary;
• Coordinate design tasks spatially within the team;
• Monitor activities and tasks to ensure compliance with BIM quality principles;
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders;
• Implement monitoring and control measures;
• Ensure internal consistency of project management procedures across teams;
• Report performance indicators to management to support
  - making;
• Manage and organize all project documentation and delivery.
