• Fundamental understanding and experience in Smart / Digital Building and Io
  T technologies and related implementations
• Technical expertise in the areas of Digital Facilities Management, Wireless, Mobility and Sensor Technologies
• Thorough understanding of and experience in the areas of Facilities and Buildings Management and Physical Security, and related applications
• Professional experience in the areas of Application Management, Business Change Management, Project Management, IT Security and Risk Management
• Capacity to network, establish and sustain partnerships with a large variety of stakeholders and
  - matter experts on all hierarchical levels
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to write technical documents and specifications
