BIM+A is an architecture and interior design outsourcing services studio based in Porto, working on
- end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the GCC region.

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage our BIM Models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project
• Manage multiple internal models and multiple external models, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with BEP requirements.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
• Lead and manage a team of BIM architects, providing continuous training
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• BIM certification (e. g. , Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in BIM management or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing
  - scale construction projects using ACC
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices, and digital delivery workflows
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with digital delivery implementation in construction projects
