Main Duties and Responsibilities but not be limited to:

• Review BIM execution plan.
• Develop and identify roles and responsibilities between client / Contractor / Sub- contractor to ensure BIM Execution Plan is implemented correctly.
• Review current models issued from AE to see it aligns to the execution plan.
• Review all models for clash detection.
• Coordinate and lead model updates along with clash detection and clash remediation with
  - contractors.
• Creation of building data modeling
• Creation, coordination, evaluation, analysis and maintenance of internal and external BIM coordination models.
• Supporting external partners (planning office and subcontractors) in the implementation of BIM, taking into account planning and technical aspects.
• Support in the development of
  - based process flows.
• 2D/3D drawing or 2D/3D planning, in BIM applications or in the creation and verification of BIM coordination models
• Creating BEP (BIM Execution Plan)
• Be the lead TSL BIM manager in weekly BIM coordination client meetings.
• Produce clash detection report to AE.
• Produce IFC drawings from Final models received from subcontractors.
• Produce model freeze dates that align with site works.
• Lead BIM / Design meetings and action and action any issues raised.
• Oversee all TSL BV projects from a BIM perspective if required.

Other Information:

• Project site based in Portugal.
• To facilitate the responsibilities of the role the
  - holder may need to travel nationally / internationally.
• The role will directly report into the Project Director.
