The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and creative BIM Manager to join our team in Lisbon . This is a key role for us as we further expand our international portfolio of
- profile projects, and will be responsible for leading and developing our BIM usage across all our offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to define BIM project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure seamless collaboration among disciplines.
• Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's BIM standards and procedures.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in a BIM management role, preferably in architectural projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk REVIT and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of clash detection methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and managing BIM libraries and families.
• Track record of successfully leading and developing BIM teams.
• Autodesk Certified Professional in REVIT or similar certifications.
• Fluency in English
