Current university students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the global KYC team on ongoing KYC assessments, assisting with compliance reviews, internal audits, and customer data reviews.
• Assess the quality standards of compliance vendors.
• Ensure all tasks comply with processes and procedures related to
  - money laundering and KYC flows.
• Address internal and external KYC and CDD inquiries promptly.
• Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues related to KYC controls.
• Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, procedures, and processes.
• Perform general administrative and ancillary activities as required in line with business needs.

Requirements:

• Related experience or studies in legal or compliance matters.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other language among French, Italian, or Spanish to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Undergraduate degree level.
• Good IT knowledge and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to the subject matter, including virtual currency policies, is a strong plus.
