We are looking for a Junior Creative Program Executive to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Program Management Leads to help manage overall global creative requests
• Assist in managing and clarifying requests with stakeholders regarding daily creative requests, updates, and changes
• Review and ensure quality of creative briefs with sufficient turnaround time
• Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams to manage timelines and expectations
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure smooth creative process, quality, and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Clear communication skills to express complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
• Ability to manage requests and projects independently
• Experience with graphic design/video software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is required
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus
• Interest in Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin is ideal for coordinating with overseas partners
