Role Overview

As a Commercial Hospitals & Bio Trainee you will support the Hospital / Biosimilars team in operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of internal processes and communication with external stakeholders.

Major Accountabilities

• Administrative Support – Opening purchase orders (POs) and creating vendors in the system; preparing contracts, exemption letters, and other required legal and administrative documents; assisting in the organization and maintenance of regulatory documentation.
• Process Assistance – Supporting the preparation of core processes; completing and updating regulatory tables and other supporting files.
• Communication & Coordination – Assisting in communications with experts and external stakeholders; coordinating information exchange between internal departments and external partners.

Minimum Requirements

• Academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Health Science.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Languages

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (C2 is a must).
