YOUR TASKS

Create instructions to resolve blade incidents occurring worldwide
Represent BLS in meetings with customers
Provide technical support for internal and external BLS clients (e. g. , claim negotiations)
Liaise with Field Support and/or Engineering to determine optimal solutions for incidents
Create, review, edit, and update technical documentation (e. g. , repair instructions)
Support large projects involving blade topics with technical expertise
Create RCA reports for
- related issues
Collaborate with team members across various locations and time zones to resolve problems

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in composites, preferably in the wind industry
Experience managing customer relationships
Ability to communicate and defend technical topics to both experts and lay audiences
Experience in writing and editing technical documentation
Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing processes
Fluent in English; Spanish or German proficiency is beneficial
Proficiency in MS Office
Results-oriented team player
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel internationally
Ability to work at heights
