Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage channel programs and KPIs to drive growth in partner activation, share of wallet, and repeat business across HPE Block and other Data Storage segments.
- Align with GEO Channel‑facing teams to gather feedback, identify challenges, and adjust the global Channel Activation plan for optimal execution.
- Drive channel activation planning strategy and sales target achievement for specific Storage offerings through indirect business sales execution.
- Oversee local GEO execution of the global channel strategy.
- Collaborate with the Channel Data Services WW team to align efforts and achieve full indirect business targets.
- Lead a team that provides Channel Plan execution, Sales Programs management, Market Analysis – Forecasting & Reporting, and Business Control through Education, Communication, and Sales Support.
- Facilitate communication between the global channel organization, global business unit, global go‑to‑market, enablement, and global marketing.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with business tactics and strategy for the area of responsibility.
- Coordinate with other global channel segments: Distribution, Solution Providers, System Integrators, Service Providers, Compute Channel, and Hybrid Solutions Channel.
- Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities solving complex business and technical issues within established policies.
- Direct channel sales management activities at a global scale.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven success in designing, leading, and executing channel programs that expand partner and distributor share of wallet.
- Strong regional business development experience driving growth and aligning cross‑functional teams.
- 12+ years in Storage solutions selling for enterprise and commercial accounts.
- Leadership and cross‑functional expertise.
- Business planning skills with global key performance indicators definition.
- Financial planning and modelling skills managing complex business planning and reporting.
- IT industry knowledge.
- Broad business knowledge across functions and disciplines.
- Track record of achieving progressively higher sales and sales support goals.
- Project management skills
- Recognized as a sales or category management expert within the company.

Compensation
USD Annual Salary: $155, 500. 00 – $365, 000. 00
CAD Annual Salary: $143, 000. 00 – $265, 000. 00
