About the role

We are looking for a strong technical leader to drive the development of our Blockchain Wallet platform. This role combines hands‑on engineering with team leadership: you will design and build reliable backend services, ensure financial and security correctness and guide a team of engineers to deliver value to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a backend team (hiring, mentoring, 1:1s, goal setting)
• Define architecture and ensure code quality (Go, g
  RPC, Postgre
  SQL, Kafka, Redis/NATS)
• Deliver highly available (99. 9%+) wallet services with correct financial logic
• Build secure and observable systems: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Prometheus, Vault/KMS
• Balance high‑level system design with hands‑on coding when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of Go development, 2+ years as Team Lead or Engineering Manager
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, Postgre
  SQL, and event‑driven design
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, and fintech‑grade consistency
• Excellent communication, ownership, and team‑building skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or blockchain systems
• Dev
  Sec
  Ops background (SAST/DAST, dependency scanning)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Git
