What we’re looking for: The role is about building and maintaining the core infrastructure behind the blockchain – fast, secure, decentralized, and scalable.

• Strong experience with Golang or Rust, preferably in blockchain or distributed systems
• Experience running and maintaining Ethereum clients (Geth, Nethermind) or other L1/L2 nodes
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud‑native architecture
• Monitoring and troubleshooting with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
• Understanding of peer‑to‑peer networking, consensus algorithms, and node performance
• Knowledge of Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or experience with node infrastructure at scale is a big plus
