About The Job

• The Sales and Trading Assistant Team is responsible for all the desk tasks, namely booking trades and coordinating with back office teams a smooth settlement. Additionally, ensures a high level of
  - trade service to all clients, as well innovation and automation of tasks. The Sales and Trading Assistant works closely with Sales and Trading Teams across Europe executing a high number of trades every day, being the first point of contact between Sales and Trading at BNP Paribas and any other internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Provides general support to busy desks of Sales people
• Acts as a point of contact for internal and Clients’ Back-Office, Middle-Office and Front Office
• Assists with the
  - boarding of new Clients and Accounts
• Ensures SSIs (Standard Settlement Instructions) are up to date
• Trade booking, allocation and confirmation
• Works in teams, is a
  - player
• Works with data and dashboards
• Works in a high frequency and energetic environment
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Attention to detail / rigor
